The Norwegian game development studio, Sarepta Studio, is nearing completion of its latest project. Thalassa: Edge of the Abyss is scheduled for release on June 18th and has partnered with the publishing company Team17 to assist in its launch on Steam.

Thalassa: Edge of the Abyss delves into the concept of Thalassophobia, the intense fear of open water. Players assume the role of Cam, a diver exploring the depths, who finds themselves part of a crew aboard the Thalassa. What begins as a monumental day for history, as they attempt to salvage a forgotten Spanish galleon, takes a dark and unexpected turn.
