Last year, Xbox invited to a grand gaming show called Xbox Games Showcase. E3 was canceled, and the pandemic had put a damper on most social activities. This resulted in most companies opting for their own online solutions, and from Xbox came the Xbox Games Showcase and Starfield Direct in 2023. This year, they’re offering yet another show, promising news from many different game studios.

This year’s Xbox Games Showcase won’t just be an event for Xbox Game Studios alone. Major companies like Blizzard, Bethesda, and Activision will also be present to share their upcoming projects. With these industry giants on board, we can expect an incredibly diverse selection of games and experiences to be shared with the audience.
Xbox has also mentioned that their third-party partners will join the party. This opens the door for even more surprises and opportunities.
As in previous years, there will be an additional segment from Xbox Games Showcase. Starfield Direct was last year’s, but this year, there will be a surprise. Todd Howard has already revealed some information about the Shattered Space DLC for Starfield, so it wouldn’t be surprising if more details are unveiled at Xbox Games Showcase.
